OK OK..so here’s this gross story that happened at our local McDonalds. My significant other is a health inspector and she recieved a major complaint. It turns out that the fryer guy cut himself and spilled blood all over the fry containers. Instead of doing what a normal person would do (stop what he is doing, discard the food, containers, etc..) he continued to serve food. The lady that made the complaint stated that she was eating fries as she was driving home…when she got home and unpacked her food…she noticed that there was blood all over the french fries container..and on the fries (gasp). She had basically been ingesting the worker’s blood! How gross!!! I didn’t stop eating mcdonalds after “Supersize Me” but this incident has pushed me one step closer. Sorry for the long-ass comment Elena.
