Mextucky

[Anyone know of any Latinos particularly Chicano blogeros from Kentucky?]

I went to Louisville, Kentucky this past weekend. I enjoyed the Kentucky State Fair, a baseball game between the Louisville Bats and the Columbus Clippers (Caonabo was playing). I hung out with some friends of mine who are very active with the Kentucky Young Dems which was hillarious as they have a lot of Kentucky Pride and I have a lot of Ohio Pride. And so there were of course dicussions like “Why does Kentucky do such and such?” “Ohio has a better state fair.” “Kentucky doesn’t even have a butter cow!”

And of course on my quest for Mexicans in the Midwest, Kentucky proved to be very satisfiying. Kentucky has a lot of horse farms and tobacco farms, as such it employs a lot of migrant workers. Yes, we are everywhere! Here is some Mextucky news for you:
