This guy named Pedro was running for a position, and his wife was wearing one of those Napoleon Dynamite inspired "Vote for Pedro" t-shirts. It was funny. I don't know if there were "acarreados", but some candidates were tearing off the competition's flyers and writing their names on them and distributing them to the people in line.
