Dos. Ando agotada. Mi trabajo me ha dejado súper agotada. I love the word “agotada” because I don’t think the english “exhausted” describes how I really feel. Me siento agotada y cada vez que digo la palabra, agotada, me hace pensar en la canción de Maná, Estoy Agotado.

I love my mamí. I worry, I don’t appreciate her enough—because I don’t. A feminist, a revolutionary, an immigrant, an activist in a land and language that she fights to make her own. I wish I was half as strong (and hot) as my mamí.
